No news from a package bought on 23.01.2018
I bought the perfumes on 23.01.2018 to be sent to germany and I have not received anything at all. I have contacted both the us courrier and the german courrier and neither of them know anything about the tracking. It always refers to the last tracking history from 26.01.2018 that the package is on the transit to the another packing station :( I have contacted fragance outlet and no answers ... you show no responsibility and the amount of purchase was more than 230 eur

Very Disappointed
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered perfume on December 21st. Immediately my Paypal account was charged the full amount. I never received a confirmation email (or any correspondence from Fragrance Outlet). After waiting until January 2nd for the shipment, I tried to get information from Fragrance Outlet with no luck. I went to Paypal to let them know that I had not received my order. Paypal responded, but NOT ONE WORD from F O. I assume they received my concern because I did receive an email that a shipment from them was to arrive at my house on Thursday, January 4th. Unfortunately, it is now January 6th and still no perfume and no correspondence from F O. This is my first and last buy from F O.

I have not received my order placed on 12/16/17 and paid for 2 day shipping and can’t get ahold of company for refund. I will never use this site again.

Poor tracking....
I was told that I would get this in a couple of days from the Woodburn Outlet. I had hoped it would arrive before Christmas. It hasn’t arrived yet and I ordered it December 13th. Your tracking stinks. All I have seen is that it left Florida. I have no idea if, and when I will get it.

Very disappointed in the return policy …
Very disappointed in the return policy in the store. Not anywhere in the store does it say "NO RETURNS". Tried to make a return on the same day I purchased my colognes and I was not allowed. Very terrible customer service, terrible policy for a store that is wanting business. I will never be shopping here again, and will be letting everyone I know not to shop here. Really wish you would allow me to make returns, I am not stuck with cologne that I can not even use due to allergies. Prices are ridiculous, girls try to push products that are prices 3x as much as department stores on you.

I don't know how to rate this experience, because so far its been just bad. I ordered in early December to get an item as a Christmas gift, and i have not Yet received it! I cant get a hold of anyone in customer service to find out why, and any tracking has it not scanned since December 10. At this point and time I would NOT recommend this website at all.
