I went into the store and experienced horrible service. The male employee did not greet us upon arrival. We stood in there for 20 minutes waiting to get helped, the store was empty at the time. The female employee came out of the back and still did not ask us if we needed help. I will not be returning.

The sales experience was okay. The product they sold - just terrible. I have used the same cologne before. Either the two bottles they shipped me were really old or were fake. The cologne is very mild and lasts a few minutes at most.

This website is bogus and I think the the actual people writing these reviews are the scammers! I could be wrong, if so, as a woman I apologize! Nonetheless, i placed an order a month ago and have not received my order yet and i tried to go to their website from the link that was sent to my email and it stated that it's no longer available and does not give any contact information! So disappointed...

I had been to the this store in Limerick mall to buy couple of frangrance. Returned them couple of days after buying, I did not even open the plastic from the cover, returned it as I got it. While returning, something strange happened, the cashier asked me for my CC and did a sales transaction and asked me to sign, I thought it’s their normal return process and later gave me another refund bill to sign. I had my doubts and later when I checked my bank transactions, I see that it the cashier charged me again for the same amount as I brought the perfume and till date I did not get the return back. I have disputed this with my bank.

I took advantage of the BOGO 50% off sake in store and am VERY UPSET!! Both bottle of perfume I bought do not last. Fragrance is gone after 30 minutes. This should not be the case for designer perfumes and even after 50% off one of them costed me $40 and I found out this morning this particular perfume is $24 from the manufacturer and almost half that from other retailers. I PAID MORE AT HALF OFF!! And it doesn't last!! VERY UPSET AT THE MONEY I WASTED. Update: comment below said someone would reach out to me and guess what? Nobody has.

I thought it was a big bottle for the price ,when I received My order, that much in price ,for a small items, than I had to drive all the way to commerce , CA to get the next size.

I bought a lotion in fact I bought 4 bottles and never arrives, i never receive the product, I choose and I ay for an special shipment to ensure the delivery, they just change and ant the end they never answer and i lost my money.

Inflated prices, never buying there again!!!
