Horrible prices
Horrible prices. Small bottle in a bigger box so you think you’re getting a good deal.

Thank you for shopping with us, and for sharing your thoughts. We have been in business over 30 years and guarantee the authenticity of our fragrances. Our everyday prices for authentic designer fragrances will always be less than the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices, and when combined with our buy 1 get 1 half off promotion, the savings become substantial. We offer value added gifts with purchase when possible, as well as negotiating aggressively in our buying to offer our customers the best possible pricing. Thank you again for shopping with us. Thank you, Fragrance Outlet

Thankfully I went into the store…
Thankfully I went into the store knowing what I wanted to purchase. The sales associate was not very enthusiastic or willing to help beyond what she had to do.

Waaaay Over Priced
Even with the buy one and get one half off i literally spent $70 more than I could have gotten on Amazon. This experience completely ruined the Tanger Outlet Experience with the expectation of "outlet" prices.

BEWARE
BEWARE: We wanted to return the perfume within 2 hours of purchase and their return policy states they will not refund our money. You can only exchange or get store credit. We paid $79 for a perfume that was available at Walmart and other stores (same size bottle) for $20 or less. The manager argued with us and will not return our money.

I purchased Prada Men's Luna Rossa Carbon Eau de Toilette Spray, 1.7 oz at your store in the Tanger Outlet Mall in Gonzales, La. I don't know if the cologne is a fake or has gone bad,

Worst place to shop for fragrance, bad recommendations.
Bought a cologne that Smells like bleu de chanel but after a few days of spraying about 2% of the bottle it smells like crap it loses consistency. Will never buy from fragrance outlet they suck at returning their bad recommendations. I'll stick to macys where they actually care about the customer satisfaction. Also they never have Bleu de Chanel that’s why I got this for $100 and it’s garbage will tell all my friends to shop at Macy’s. They’re the Best. I’ve bought over $700 in cologne just because they let you try cologne and most of them make good recommendations so I keep them. This place likes to sell off brand to the Max to probably make more profit. Never seeing me again 100% dissatisfied with their attitude and way of helping customers.
