Buyers be ware
Very strict return policy even on unopened merchandise. If you exchange fall short of $10, they will make you spend more money than return that $10 back. Also the strength of the perfume is not the same as department store naught fragrance. Buyers beware.

Staff is so arrogant
Staff is so arrogant. I visited store for exchange of one item from my order and i was treated like i was asking anything for free. I was almost shouted at when i requested to try few perfumes option. Not expected at all. I will not come to this store ever.

Rude female sales associate- Phoenix Outlet
My female sales associate at the Phoenix outlets was rude! She made me feel like trying different scents was an inconvenience. She also yelled at the other customers who were in the middle of the line so I can get through. She didn’t seem to be pleasant providing customer service.

Rude staff member.
The staff (young lady) who attended to us at the store at Camarillo Outlets was very unfriendly and gave us rude gestures. She got impatient in no time, probably because we had 3 kids with us who were little noisy. Even then, she isn't supposed to act impatient and uncooperative. We had barely smelled couple perfumes and she started saying that she isn't supposed to show us so many perfumes as she's being watched on camera. She was also rushing around the store in the middle of attending us and wouldn't stay in place.. we had to wait for her to come back everytime. I've been to so many other perfume stores like Perfumania with kids and they never showed such impatience or said anything like that. Infact they let us take our time and showed us many options from their end. When I asked her to send someone else if she felt overwhelmed, she replied saying I'm doing my job. All in all, bad service and bad staff. There was another lady at the same store who was elderly but was very kind and patient.

Too slow and not professional service
Too slow. And the employee don’t even know the brand that I am looking for. He asked somebody else. That’s really weird. You work here but you don’t know the brand and the size.

Worst shopping experience of my life. Felt like I was in a mall.
Kimberley was not good at explaining anything. From the sales to the exchange policy. Wish I could get my money back for an item I don’t want.
