Overpriced! Oversell high margin products! Legit products though..
They are overpriced! They don’t even have a first time customer offer for signup, other reputed stores like FragranceNet do. I went to their store at Livermore outlets and they didn’t even give me a 1$ deduction on an already overpriced Blue De Chanel EDT. No sign up offers etc, loyalty program is also not good, bare minimum points per purchase. Store agents just try to oversell high margin (non-branded products) for 50% off if you buy second item, but the first one is for MSRP. You will be better off just sticking to FragranceNet store they are reputed and I have had great offers from them and Amex at their stores.

No refunds exchanges only
I visited your store on Friday, October 18, 2024. The sales rep was very courteous and professional however I was not informed that you do not take back returns as I went to the store next-door and found the exact products I purchased for $50 less than what you charged, when I went back to your location, I was told I could only do an exchange and not be refunded or at least price matched so for that I will never shop your stores again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same.

It was my first time purchasing a fragrance and I was so overwhelmed by smells. I don’t like the one I purchased once i got home. 😕

Credit after purchase not received
I bought almost USD 550, and the person who assisted us told I was supposed to received an e-mail with a 24 hours credit near USD 15 to use in the store. I dind´t receive it, and I came back onde day after my purchase because I´d like to use this credit to purchase something more. Nothing was done about it.

I came in for a specific product
I came in for a specific product. The lady at the counter was very nice, but I really didn’t want to nor have time to smell many other colognes. She insisted and I eventually bought a travel container as well to get her to stop. I knew what I was after and I knew they had it, so I stopped in. I’m sure the pay structure is commission based, so maybe take care of your employees by changing that. No one wants to go in and be “sold” for 30 minutes..
