I was vey pleased with the service and products that I purchased. Got them pretty fast. I like the easy use of the website to pick what you want and what size. I am hoping that the more you purchase the more you save by more discounts.

I received an empty package. So I never got my order. And Fragman would not send me a new one. Or offer a refund.

The ordering system was easy to use, good communication from company for product arrival, even though the item arrived late (not the company’s fault) the reason for the rating is due to the product was to come in collectible bottles it did not and arrived in generic tubes. This was a gift and is very disappointing to not have to product be what you were expecting

I paid for express shipping , got the package after 10 days and when I called to get the reimbursement of the shipping they said they couldn’t do anything that I needed to see with the company who was handling the shipping. Definitely not efficient
