BE FOREWARNED! Don't ever use them. They delivered my stove from Applainces Connection in June. It was damaged. So I ordered a new stove and Fragilepak delivered the replacement stove on July 23rd and picked up my replacement stove. Appliances connection is STILL waiting to hear confirmation that they have infact picked up may damaged stove. I am out of pocket $1700. Fragilepak continues to call and leave messages as to when they should pick up my stove. THEY ALREADY DID!!! DON"T EVER USE THEM. Now I have to contact my Attorney Generals office to deal with Fragilepak. I also blame Appliances Connection for NOT being accoutable for this mess.

DO NOT USE Fragilepak . The company states damage free deliveries...my very expensive order was damaged and was never delivered. I received a phone call, on the original delivery date, from the truck driver stating he doesn't know what happened to my order. I had to call Fragilepak (which is another huge issue), just to find out my order has been damaged. It took me calling the company to get the process rolling. I agreed to have my order shipped with the opportunity to refuse it if the damage was bad because of the lack of information about the damage. I expected Fragilepak would try to accommodate me since they were at fault, but no, Fragilepak could not ship it out for another month. Well today was my second delivery date and I just got a call stating the truck was broken down and was unable to deliver my package again...... I dont know what is going on with this company. The other issue is trying to contact Fragilepak. I have literally spent hours on hold and hours waiting for a call back. I also emailed them which took days to get a response with no actual answers or solutions. Their customer service is atrocious

The Worst Company ever and I still haven’t received all my shipment and No one answering the emails or the phone…It’s been a complete disaster from the beginning and I am so dissatisfied with this bogus company

Is it possible to leave negative stars? This is the absolutely WORST shipping company in the world. This is the second time I have had the MISERABLE experience of dealing with them. This go around they failed to show up two different times!!! They set today as a delivery date without ever communicating with me. I had to change my plans and sit around waiting for them, but for the second time in a row they didn't show up!!!!! No call, no anything! This was a delivery of an order from Costco. I am shocked Costco would do business with a company with such horrible service and such a despicable reputation.

Is the very example of what a and fragile company shouldn’t be! I purchase a refrigerator on June 30th fragilepak was the delivery company. 2 weeks later I started receiving text messages that I need to schedule a delivery date when my refrigerator was still being moved by this company to different locations to be processed. When I called based on the messages that I was receiving from them, I was giving that information and couldn’t schedule a delivery . This went on for 4 days that I took off from work to received the delivery of the refrigerator. I was not compensated nor was the customer’s service competent. I had to wait on hold for an hour for each call before you were able to talk to one of their customer’s service representatives. Once you finally reached one they would tell you anything to get you off the phone. Whenever I asked to speak to a Supervisor, I was told that one would call me back, because they weren’t available. One never called me back. I went through hell with this company. I hope I never end up having to deal with them for any delivery of an appliance ever again in life.

If I could give this company one star I would. They are almost impossible to reach, their online scheduling system does not work (I wasted considerable time on that), and they take much too long to schedule deliveries; even when they do schedule they often fail to show up. You cannot easily call and talk to a person and so you must either wait on hold for hours or wait for a callback. However, they only called back on 2 out of the 5 calls I made. A promised called from a supervisor never came. They then lied to the company that I bought merchandise from claiming they did try to reach me and I did not answer. My phone makes a record of all calls and so I know if they called.They are understaffed and poorly managed. I will avoid them in the future and have told the company that I ordered from that I will not order from them again if they continue to use FragilPak. Worst delivery experience I have had ever had.

As with another reviewer, my Costco furniture order was scheduled weeks in advance, but near the end of the delivery window, I received an email to tell me to (again) schedule the delivery! The person I called said my order didn't fit on the truck. What? They didn't know this in advance? Then she hung up on me. I missed work AND this was a birthday gift! If you have a choice, DO NOT use this company!!

Do yourself a favor and,if the company you are purchasing uses fragilepak, or any of its subsidiaries, run and do business elsewhere. My order from AAFES said 2~4 weeks for delivery, figured that was plenty of time, boy was I wrong. It’s 5 weeks and counting since ordered, and fragilepaks tracker said they picked it up 2 days after it was ordered. Now they keep telling me have no delivery appointments available and they will let me know when they can deliver it. Fack these people, I will just claim it lost in transit and allow there insurance to pay for it since they don’t feel the need to deliver within the time they stated they would.
