They are horrible, I would avoid them as a Freight forwarder at all costs. Especially if your customers are in a rural area. I live in South Georgia 20 minutes off I75 and right off US280, they rescheduled numerous times, each time at the last minute, and require you rebook one week out. To the point that after holding on to my Washer, I had it picked up myself, 145 miles each way. Even then despite giving them updates on my progress toward the warehouse, it took them 30 minutes to locate it.

Reading some other reviews I guess I got lucky - they at least delivered furniture to my house. They were paid for white glove service but left the disassembled couch in our leaving room. The driver yelled at me and said they were only paid for 15 minutes of assembly time and that I need to sign for delivery. Of course I didn't sign. They screwed on 3 out of 10 legs and left, leaving parts, cushions and packaging materials all over the living room floor. So much for white glove. Ended up being offered a credit for white glove from the manufacturer to do the assembly ourselves.

Ordered a $1200 generator from Military Exchange. Rec'd an email yesterday stating that my delivery window was between 7-9AM EST (should've been a 4 hour window) today and that someone will call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Also stated that they will deliver to the first dry location in the front door or garage and required a signature. No call at all. I just happened to take a break from work and look outside at the pouring rain and noticed a large box in my drive. It was the generator. Had no idea how long it was outside. No one called, no one knocked or rang a doorbell. And no one ever signed for it. They also delivered a tool chest to me last summer that turned out to be damaged when the box was opened. The Exchange needs to select a new contractor for their shipping.

This company is garbage! They are never on time with their delivery and they are terrible at communicating. Worse shipping company I have dealt with.

I wish I could give zero stars! Horrible customer service…they take almost 1 hour to answer your call. Delivery missing pieces, they do no respond their emails. Horrible horrible horrible

Absolutely worthless organization that is incompetent and not worthy of your business. Their customer service DOES NOT EXIST! Beware of using this inept company.

Horrible. Need I say more? No communication. Lies about delivery dates and missed delivery windows (i.e. truck breaking down, etc). the delivery drivers just left my house and nearly tore all the power lines from the pole just trying to get into the driveway. They were also supposed to call 30 minutes before delivery and never did. They also never called yesterday to tell me they wouldn't be delivering. Terrible! Never use them.

This company is not dependable. If you own a business I would look elsewhere for sure. I ordered two over size products from the military exchange service that were shipped with FragilePak. The first came almost as detailed in my delivery notice. Although the 4 hour delivery window is quite antiquated considering today’s technology. The delivery notice read that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery from 12-4 pm. I received a text in broken English and text talk at 3:38 pm and the team arrived at 4:12 pm. For my second delivery (same order) I had the same details. I had family in town so I planned the day close to the house so I could be back within the 30 minutes mentioned. At 4:30, 30 minutes beyond the antiquated 4 hour window, I began calling to see where my order was. I finally got an answer that a delivery was attempted and returned due to no answer. No answer at the door is what they meant. The problems is that FragilePak did not care enough to ensure their deliver team followed instructions provided to the customer. Had someone called or even text talk texted I wouldn’t be writing this the way I am. I received no communication other than an automated do not reply text the morning of scheduled delivery. The company could not verify that the team attempted to call with the 30 minute courtesy call. There was no call. Their solution was to reschedule at their convenience 10 days from the date they failed a customer. I have yet to contact the customer service from the retailer for their input. So my advice is … If you own a business and are considering using FragilePak do yourself, your customer support team, and your customer a huge favor and use another company. I know the significance of up to date methods and timely service & response for business. This experience was unnecessary and this review could have been avoided with a simple phone call that the company themselves promised.
