Whoever is in charge at Costco for using them for deliveries, please take note. paid for white glove delivery. frgile pack lost shipment for two months, then they were no shows (no call, nothing), then on reschedule they were missing a piece, then no-shows again....then they arrived and refused to wear masks (cancer patient in house)...and finally they left the giant boxes of furniture for me to unpack and assemble alone. (hired movers to help me, which was rather expensive for same day service). I should have videoed the saga for social media. pretty sure I'll avoid any purchase anywhere that relies on them for delivery.

It took 9 hours for someone to call me back regarding my delivery. When they did they said it would come in the week i called as it was already running extremely late. I didn't receive an email to schedule for four days and sure enough the delivery could only be scheduled the soonest the following week. My delivery was delayed two weeks and the guy named Juan who delivered my product scraped the tiles in my front door. There literally are marks on the floor where they dragged it in and he didnt even acknowledge that he did that or said sorry. My experience with the company from the beginning to end was total trash and the delivery boy was a totally negligent to top it off. Super disappointed and unhappy with my experience.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Was on hold for 2.5 hours and finally reached a representative. Was again placed on immediate hold for another 1.5 hours and then a rep just disconnected the call. Called back and have been on hold for 2 hours now with no answer. 85” TV Box was also rather rough, fortunately the TV seems to be ok.

You have to sit on hold for 8 hours each time you call, they will not help you with fulfilling your order and nobody does anything about getting the other half of my order been trying to get this other half of my package for 2 weeks now 3 failed delivery attempts later still no couch.

RECAP 11/29-Scheduled delivery for Wednesday 12/8. Took an unpaid leave day. 12/7-After waiting all day for the phone call to tell me my 4 hour window I emailed FragilePak to inquire. Within an hour the tracking manifest was changed to a delivery date of Thursday 12/9. No notice. No email. No phone call. After much begging I'm able to secure another unpaid leave day. 12/8-I wait at home because I took an unpaid day off for no apparent reason. Finally at 3:45pm I recieve the phone call. My delivery window is between 12:00-4:00. On Friday 12/10. THEY CHANGED IT AGAIN! I call the boss to try to get back on the schedule for Thursday. Whew! He needed me. And not happy when I told him I needed Friday off instead. But he reluctantly agreed to it. 12/10-The day arrives. I actually get an email saying my package is "out for delivery".It is now 8:00pm. No package. No phone call. No email. Nothing. And I suppose they expect me to take another day off next week. 2 unpaid days off this week. I can't afford a 3rd day without pay. This company is a joke. UPDATE-12/13 Contacted via messenger to set up another delivery date. However, they want me to agree to a date range. Then, they will let me know later the exact date. I can assume notice would be 1 day, maybe 2 days before delivery. And they expect me to take a 3rd day off work at the last minute. As if my boss is going to approve a 3rd day off for the same thing. And I'm going to take their word on the date. And lose another day's pay for no reason. A phone call followed and I told them they can deliver on my days off. Saturday or Sunday. Otherwise, keep it. I am requesting a charge back on my credit card and cutting my losses.

I purchased a very expensive leather sofa and chair from Overstock on 11/9. This was the carrier they used to get it to my home. When the package finally arrived at my local depot on 11/24, I received an email and a phone call to schedule delivery. I selected Monday 11/29 and was told that I would receive a phone call the day prior with a delivery window. Since I had no way of knowing what time they would be here, I took the day off of work as did a friend to help me get this into my home. On 11/26 I got a call stating that my delivery window would be 1-5 with a call 30 minutes prior. At 4:30 on my delivery day, they hadn't shown up and I hadn't received any calls and I attempted to call their customer service number. I sat on hold for 45 minutes before opting to leave my phone number, I also emailed them since they said that was the fastest way to receive a response. At 6:56 PM, I heard a truck in front of my home and sure enough, it was my delivery, but no phone call. At this point, my friend was unable to help me and I had to rouse up other people. The furniture was undamaged thankfully, but this company has horrible customer service and the one guy on the truck was extremely rude telling me he didn't like my attitude.

Late. No Call no show. Can5 get them to answer phone. Emailed 3 times. So much incompetence..

This has got to be the worst shipping company on the planet. I ordered a range from an online seller on 4/1. It was backordered due to supply issues. It finally shipped on 7/15. Repeated emails requesting status updates were not responded to until September. The range was finally delivered on 10/28. There was some damage to the upper portion of the box but no visible damage. Once completely unboxed there were some issues with the bottom baking drawer. A service tech was sent out on 11/9 and determine at some point the range had been dropped. I am currently trying to schedule a replacement. If you have a choice do not ever use FragilePak.
