1) They rescheduled the delivery 4 times in a month and a half. 2) We paid 181.66 for ( White Glove delivery including interior placement (up to one flight of stairs), assembly if required, and removal of large packaging. Please note that this upgrade will cost an additional $181.86. I've included the cost breakdown for your convenience.) THIS PAID AND WAS NOT UNPACKED OR ASSEMBLED!. The delivery guys left the boxes in the living room. The tabletop is 120+ lbs, we are hiring someone to lift and assemble it. 3) One of the Nova Lounge Chair legs came broken, the chair is not usable. If your vendor uses Fragilepak, consider other vendors, this company has the worst customer service. You only get WHAT they want WHEN they want. They blame the vendor not them BE CAREFUL!!!

This company does not care about customer service. It surprises me that anyone uses them as a provider given their track record and reviews. They are extremely difficult to reach as they do not have a number you can call and they do not reply to email in a timely fashion. After weeks of my order being in their local warehouse, and attempting to pick up via will call, I called Poly and Bark to cancel my order and told them of my experience. This is my second purchase with Poly and Bark. They have a great product, but I will not purchase from them again if they use this transportation company. If you are purchasing a product that requires this type of delivery service, make sure the company is not using Fragilepak for your delivery. Their reviews speak for themselves.

I am in awe of this company and its managers. I can not comprehend the ineptness it took to put together a employee poole of such overall and overwhelming incompetence. In my 70 years of life I have never dealt with such lackadaisical humans with zero customer service skills, zero social skills, zero logistical skills, zero job performance skills, who are consumed by utter ignorance and stupidity……..

Had a delivery scheduled today from 10a to 2p. Drove 2 1/2 hours to my camp to accept delivery. No show! Got a call at 4:30 saying they would not deliver today and it will now be an additional 2 weeks. How in the hell does it go from today to 2 weeks out? They should pay me for my time and for damn sure the fuel for the 5 hour roundtrip this time. ZERO stars. POOR performance.

Bought range hood from Appliances Connection on 1/13/2022. Delivered to Fragile Pak on 2/12/2022. Received an E-mail shortly after with a link to complete a questionnaire that has never been active. Received a call on 2/14 the someone would be calling for a deliver time. Then crickets until 4/7/21 when Appliances Connection finally requested a Will Call at my request in a city 55 miles away from me. On 4/9 I head there and call 30 minutes prior to arrival when they told me no, it wasn't there. I needed to across town to an entirely different warehouse. Got there and the box is on it's end instead flat as the box arrows indicate. Warehouse manager tells me it has been in three different locations just in Butte Montana. Box was on the "end", not the bottom as it should have been. It has never been correctly positioned as the "bottom" has not so much as a scuff. As a result the blower housing is broken and the motor was rattling around inside the hood. It is now 4/11 and crickets despite E-mails to four addresses at Appliances Connection and Fragile Pak. I had a Kirk Martin from Appliances that was helpful, but now he doesn't respond and his voice mail is disabled. Whatever you are buying, get it from someone that does not use Fragile Pak. I would also avoid Appliance Connection for their association with Fragile Pak.

They have no good method of tracking. They take FOREVER…… they move dates around on you 20 times……. I ordered a TV….. it’s coming from freakin, Waco TX, to PFLUGERVILLE Tx…….. it’s taken them 3 1/2 weeks to get this and they’ve given themselves an extra week to deliver now…… this company sucks ass.

Consider this a WARNING! Do not, I repeat...DO NOT use this company for any delivery needs. I learned the hard way how horrible they are. The driver showed up unannounced and stated he would leave my furniture on my driveway. I was given four different delivery dates, and never advising they weren't showing up. If you are planning on using these tools, don't! Trust me on this.

Dealing with Fragilepak--based on multiple personal experiences-- will result in months of delay, skipped scheduled deliveries, and communication difficulties. I cancelled two orders with reputable retailers because of the inability of Fragilepak to deliver their products.
