If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting on my Kova Pit sectional from Albany Park for two months now. They have moved my estimated delivery date more times then I can count. I’ve contacted FragilePak several times to see what the delay has been but seem to only receive typical empty answers. My sofa has gone from TX where is sat for a few days to then Indiana where it has sat for 3 weeks and again in Kentucky where is has sat for another three weeks. Horrible customer service with basic excuses as to why it’s been sitting an hour away from my home for the last three weeks. Promised some one would contact me multiple times to schedule a delivery but yet I hear nothing at all. I’m at my wits end and this company has no business being in business. If you have anything being shipped by this company save yourself the headache and run.

The most useless deliver company. Customer service just hung up on me and still don’t get no help from them. Delivery date keep getting pushed been waiting for this shipment for a month now. The worst delivery company I’ve ever seen. Y’all should as mind as well close down the customer service since y’all can’t help or give out any kinds of answer that customers need. Do not use this company. Don’t know how to communicate and don’t know how to do their job. I still don’t know where my shipment is it looks like I got to wait another couple weeks. If anybody see this company as a delivery company as mind as well don’t buy the product from the place they hire this useless company

Currently one week later than the estimated shipment receipt date and counting.... No update has been provided. Terrible experience so far and from the looks of the rest of these reviews, I will continue to be disappointed.

I ordered an air conditioner from AAFES and FragilePak picked it up in Jun 16th. So far the date to the final mile has been changed 3 times! This is unacceptable in my book! Right now the dates to the final mile destination is July 8th thru the 12th. That's nearly a month from when I ordered it. How can people plan things when a company like this changes delivery times! By the time the AC unit gets here I won't be needing it.....at this rate. In the future I will be inquiring if this company is the shipper.

Avoid this company. I’ve had 3 deliveries by them. Each delivery was late and one was damaged. They’ve extremely poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. The company has been pushing back my delivery window since May. I have been waiting home multiple days as much delivery was scheduled (via email) but no one ever showed. Number provided to call on website is non functional.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. A sea of incompetent people that have no idea where the packages they are supposed to deliver actually are at any moment in time. They also will call you very late at night, and when they do they never actually have any information about your package. I will never again buy from crate and barrel or other companies that use this company.

They are the absolute worst. I hope you are listening Goedekers/Appliance Connection, as I wont buy from you again, because you are using such a lousy delivery company. They have had my dishwasher for a month. I could have put it in a cart and walked here with it by now. No accountability, No management to talk to They just like to email and tell you tomorrow, tomorrow tomorrow.
