My father in law ordered a kayak for my husband as a surprise on July 3, 22. It was picked up by fragilepak on July 13, 22. It is now August 2 and the kayak isn't here. Funny thing is the kayak was shipped from Arkansas to north Alabama. I have emailed fragilepak with no response from them. The tracking said that it should be here between July 22 and 28. Now it shows August 3 through 9th. The sad part of all of this is, my father in law passed away before it got here so he could surprise his son with it. The tracking on this order is 293U822537

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. I truly don’t know how this company still is in business. Had a delivery date of July 22, got a call the 21st stating that the driver was sick so they rescheduled me to the 23rd, which was a Saturday. No one shows up, no one gives me a courtesy call. Nothing. The number I was called from says the warehouse is closed. I waited until Monday and called first thing. It took me calling and talking to a different person and then not giving me an answer to finally someone telling me that they couldn’t locate the package. 4 days later after numerous calls and emails with a supervisor, they located it on July 29th and have a delivery date of today, Aug 1 from 3-7 pm. It’s not 9 pm and I haven’t heard from anyone. I have now cleared out my daughters entire bedroom twice now and have had to put it back together because they don’t show. Tracking is 208U781279. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I only wish there was an option for NO Star! I have been waiting for a dresser to be delivered. I was given a 4 hour window between 10 am and 2 pm. Was told driver would call when he was about 10 min away. I called customer service who tried unsuccessfully to reach the driver. She also texted him. No call, will call to cancel order with Shop my Exchange (military). Never again. From now on when I purchase furniture I will ask before placing order who the delivery service will be.

On hold for 2 hours now!!! No answer no return email!!!! No phone calls my washer and dryer are 2 hours past delivery time no communication what’s so ever!!!! Not happy!!! Edit: delivery driver called 3 hours late. Apologetic asking if he can still deliver at 8.30pm!!! Still no communication from fragilepack besides this post in the bottom! Drivers can run behind but the customer service seems to not give a hoot about its customers

I ordered a bed from The Exchange on June 29. I was sent an email telling me that the package was picked up and was in transit. I was given a delivery "window" and waited. That "window" passed and a new "window" was given. I reached out to their customer service asking where my package was. No reply, just a service ticket generated telling me that I would be responded to. No response! I can't believe there is no way of tracking the progress of a package from city to city. Every carrier out there can tell me where my shipment is, but these people don't seem to have that ability. So, a third "window" has been given. If the shipment does not arrive after this third "window" I will be reaching out to The Exchange and cancel my order. My order number: 263U784988

This company sent an email saying that I would be able to schedule my delivery…which didn’t happen. Then they sent an email saying they would call the day before to give me a 4 hour time frame of delivery and would call 30 minutes before delivery…which didn’t happen either. I called customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes and then pushed the option to be called back. They called back…several hours after the furniture was delivered. This company is horrible.
