Never again will I use a Company or purchase from one that uses Fragile Pack as their delivery company. I'm convinced this is two guys working out of a garage with an automated answering system, which repeats a standard message for hours without ever getting to speak with anyone. Even when you use the option for them to call you back if you leave a contact number, it Never Happens! I have now received over 10 emails with the same information on a scheduled delivery date, which is at a time when we're out of the Country, so need to re-schedule for a time when we will be home, and afraid they will ship back the product we have waited over 6 months to be shipped. Be careful on purchases from Frontgate, as I think this is the Company they use?!

I am very frustrated. I keep getting emails to schedule a delivery, I keep scheduling and NOTHING happens. I have sent multiple emails no reply. I have called and stayed on hold for over 2 hours no one answers. I have requested a call back NOTHING. This company is not ready. Tracking 255U829576. I need to speak to a human being not listen to a recording. No response to emails is unacceptable. I see where you said my order was scheduled for delivery. Yes it was for the 4th time and your company has once again cancelled it. I would assume you can understand my level of frustration

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Worst delivery company. How are they still allowed to be in business. If you are an employee for this company start looking for another place of employment. My sectional is over 1 month overdue and each time I call for the past month, I get the same excuse…”Your couch is in our warehouse in Indiana. We will send another email to find out when it will be delivered” what kind of a company has no way of calling one of their warehouses in this day and age. So you send an email and hope an incompetent employee on the other side to access the email do the research and then not respond so you end up sending more emails. Tell me the address of the warehouse in Indiana and I will rent a Uhaul to go and pick it up. If your employees all of a sudden needs a couch and accidentally delivered the couch to their residence at least let us know and have them pay for it so I can get a refund from Sam’s Club. I am going to Sam’s Club ‘in person’ and complain and hopefully get my refund. FragilePak has a very fragile delivery system

Garbage company. Unfortunately you don’t have the option to chose how crate & barrel ships their items. But not in a million years would I touch either company again. I doubt I will ever get my furniture.

The worst deliver company. Customer service just hung up on me. Delivery date keep getting pushed been waiting for this shipment for a month now. My package was scheduled to arrive on Aug 7 from 3 to 7pm. No one called nor was I notified for a reschedule. After hours of dealing with customer service I was informed that the next available delivery would be two more weeks!!! My order number is 263U806652

The WORST and I was one of the lucky ones! I ordered a couch from Rove for my new home. They used Fragilepak to deliver it. I got my order earlier than expected. When the message came it was out for delivery I immediately emailed them…as instructed for any questions…asking them to reroute the delivery to my current current home since I had not yet moved. Per chance the delivery driver from a company FP contracted with locally called me and we worked out the change. So far so good. However in the following weeks I kept getting messages by texts and emails about the upcoming delivery. It took 3 weeks for a response to my original email about rerouting my delivery!!! Today I got a voicemail call to schedule my delivery. So I decided to help them out and I called them, specifically said I wanted to help them out, explained the confusion and I got silence. I said “Hello”…she eventually said “Ok give me the order number and I do…silence. I eventually said “Are we done here?” She says “Yes.” More silence but she’s still there. Never a thank you!! Finally I say “Well you’re welcome. This is the worst customer service on the planet!” and I hung up. I am so happy the Gods shined on me and my order but clearly this is a company where NO ONE knows what they are doing! Unfortunately when you order something online you’re stuck with the shipper they use. I plan to ask going forward and steer clear of anyone who contracts with Fragilepak!

My experience is just starting, I ordered a sofa set and the booking of a timeslot was actually ok, but when the guys turned up for delivery they refused to go up 2 flights of stairs (Need 4 people for this job mate !!!) they refused to deliver just the chairs as they didnt want to split the order up. The delivery guys were more concerned about getting stuck in the afternoon traffic. I sent an email 2 days ago - no response. I have tried calling yesterday and waited for ages before requesting a call back which rung off very quickly. Certainly not a good experience so far. Ref: 40U826609.

We ordered a couch from Aafes May 29, got an email that our couch was pickedup by FragilePak by June 19 and after that we havent heard any updates as to where our couch order. Checked time to time still nothing. Its Aug 2 so its been over a month since it was shipped. We contacted Aafes and told us to call FragilePak and did call multiple times, onhold for 30mins so opted to get a call back and CS just keep telling us they will put a ticket to get it escalated and will get a call in an hour, until the day end we didnt receive any calls and updates.
