Fragilepak Experiance. When I ordered a new Washer & Dryer from AppliancesConnection.com I had no idea who their delivery handlers were nor did I care, as long as I got my purchase. It's been over a month now. We are doing laundry in an old Maytag wringer washer outside while waiting for our new set. I wish I had read the reviews on this company 4 weeks ago... I am going to TRY to cancel my purchase and buy local. #255u828112

My order 263U681092 has been delivered and received by Fragilepak on 12 Jul 2022, well over a month ago. The final mile delivery date has changed 5 times. I have sent repeated e-mails requesting updates, with nothing more than a canned response, questions unanswered. I have contacted the Army Air Force Exchange Service (where I purchased the goods) and they reached out on my behalf, with no response. I have made several purchases through AAFES in the past, and had no issues with your performance. I am very disappointed, and would like a solid update. I can’t give a good review at this time.

Ordered a Patio Door on May 11 with an estimated delivery date 7/11. Delivery has been scheduled twice w/ the last one 8/3, Did not receive any calls w/ the times and still no door. I have called 7 times already w/ the same response "we will send a link for you to schedule", I have been very patient. Please, Please deliver my door. # 902-886835-7

Writing another review because I am beyond over this company! My delivery date has now changed three different times without an update in over 8 days. My order has been sitting in Indianapolis for 8 days. I was told my order would be at the final mile on 8/17 but once again they have changed the date. The is absolutely ridiculous! And don't be fooled when their customer service responds asking for your order number because they apologize and do nothing about. Worst customer service ever. Order #361U863449

I am so disappointed. Fragilepak received my chair in mid July.. it is now mid August .. they have rescheduled my delivery 3 times!! This is the worst delivery company I think I have ever seen..

Had an order delivered on June 8th. It was incomplete. The manufacturer said it all shipped together. Fragilepak couldn't find my missing items. For several more weeks I tried working with the company I ordered from and the shipping company. Finally the company I ordered from said they would ship the item again. Three weeks later and fragilepak contacts for a return pickup. I call, I email and no luck getting ahold of anyone to find out if they are actually delivering my missing items. I am not wasting another day off work to return items that haven't been replaced. 56U889767

Worst Delivery Service I have ever encountered. Ordered a Wine Cooler from Costco on May 26, 2022 the unit was shipped to FragilePak June 3, 2022. It is now August 10, 2022 and we still do not have our Wine Cooler. Delivery was finally scheduled for August 8, 2022. The wine cooler was not delivered. That evening at 6:48PM I finally received a call from FragilePak letting me know they would need to re-schedule delivery. I drove 3 ½ hours to get to the delivery location, then 3 ½ hours the following morning to get back to my office, I missed a day and half of work. FragilePak is impossible to communicate with, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery. I asked Costco, "what can be done to get FragilePak to act in a professional way and deliver our merchandise"? FragilePak is so far behind the customer service curve they think they‘re in first place. We are so frustrated with this process we are considering having our money refunded and the shipment cancelled. 9/1/22 Finally FragilePak Delivered Our Wine Cooler August 26, 2022 in the morning our Wine Cooler was finally delivered. The stated issue from FragilePak had been that they required a three man crew to deliver the product due to the weight. Obviously just an excuse for the delays, the crew that finally delivered the Cooler...was a crew of two. The delivery was fine and did not take long. I recommend if you purchase a product that must be delivered by a third party make sure to verify if FragilePak is involved. If FragilePak is part of the delivery chain ask if the delivery company can be changed.
