After reading all the reviews on here about FragilePak I’m wondering when or even if my shipment will ever arrive. I ordered 2 kayaks from ecofishingshop.com back in July figuring it would probably be a couple weeks until they got delivered. Little did I know they outsourced shipping/delivery to FragilePak. I received a text from FragilePak indicating my kayaks were picked up from the eco fishing warehouse on 05Aug and would be delivered to my house in Washington sometime between the 19th and 22nd of August. Everyday I log on to the tracking provided only to see the date to “Final Mile Warehouse” has shifted further and further to the right. Now it says 05Sep until it reaches the warehouse and from there, I don’t even know how long until a delivery can be scheduled. I wish I could get some answers or some actual tracking on where the nearly $4,000.00 I spent on these kayaks are. Summer is coming to an end quick in Washington, so who knows if I’ll even be able to get them on the water at all this year. Very disappointed so far. 1 month down, who knows how long to go…. I’ve emailed FragilePak and Ecofishingshop, but haven’t received a response yet. Hoping that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that I can improve this rating. PRO # 293U871899

I was originally supposed to have my sofa delivered back in July but had to reschedule due to an emergency. I was told the warehouse needed approval to send the delivery crew out at a later date and I'd receive a call to schedule another delivery date. I never received a call back. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I was told that my sofa had already been delivered. I obviously would not be putting myself through this torture if that were true. I was given the number directly to the warehouse to set up an appointment and go pick up my sofa myself. Surprisingly, I never got ahold of anyone. It is now almost September and I just received an email saying my case has been closed because my sofa has been delivered. I am now waiting on hold. FragilePak, I also do not want your generalized response. I want my sofa (not damaged) before next weekend or my refund. This is ridiculous. Terrible! I had a delivery scheduled set up 10 days in advance and got nothing on my delivery date 17 Aug 2022. Numerous calls and hours wasted calling the Denver office and no answers or resolutions to where my stuff is. I just moved and was awaiting a bedroom set. Now I'm sleeping on the floor 5 nights now. Order number 263U856857. Update: Day 6 2 more calls no resolutions.Update: Day 7 no resolutions. Day 8 no delivery! My order has been at final mile site for over 3 weeks. Nice try Fragile Pak.

Horrible horrible horrible My tracking number is 485U746831 It has been at the last mile since june 29!!! They let me sit home a hole day and didnt show up! I have sat on hold so many hours! File consumer protection complaints! Call your attorney general. They are violating consumer protection acts! Pretty much i feel like my furniture is stolen at this point.

Terrible experience and customer service with FragilePak (#208UU876991). We ordered outdoor furniture from Crate and Barrel three months ago. The items came separately making us take three days off work. They broke one of the chairs on the first delivery and we had to wait another month. On the second delivery, they lost a set of couch cushions which can longer be order. So now we have outdoor couch without cushions. We spoke with customer service who stated they we looking for the missing cushions and would bet back to by the end of the day. That was three days ago and no response.

I had a delivery that was scheduled for 8/17/22 from 9am-1pm the driver shows up at 2:45pm I was home at that time. I received a call from the driver & explained were to assemble the outdoor furniture which I paid for white glove service from Costco. The driver said that they have 15min only at each delivery & will send me a picture of the completed items. I tired calling the driver he didn't answer but did respond to my text. I was told by him the they needed to reschedule my delivery because he had to confirm the assembly. I called Costco to complain. I have been trying to call Fragilepak for 2 days put on hold for hours. This company sucks!!!!!

entering my 3rd hour on hold! Do they actually have anyone to answer phone? I didn't answer a call marked spam that apparently was their number, they won't answer and now my delivery date has been pushed out 3 more weeks. Where are they holding all these shipped items??? ridiculous!

I wish there was an option of not giving even 1 star. I have the worst experience of making purchase through exchange and delivery by fragilepak. I never had my order delivered on-time. Its been 3 months and my order for dining table set is not fulfilled. We have been using our kitchen Island as a dining table and had guests to use Island as our dining table as well. I ordered a freezer and they sent me an email with a delivery day of August 2, 2022. No deliver as of yet. I called them last week and the representative said that they will reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours. It been 5 days now and no one ever reached out to me. Horrible customer service, Horrible delivery service. I will never order stuff from online exchange anymore. ORDER #263U844160
