FragilepakReviews of fragilepak.com

We have furniture delivered by this company from C&B. Scheduling was very easy. We are in rural area and there was a single date suggested which we had accepted. Got message with time window day before. Delivery was flawless, all carefully assembled in the house. True white glove delivery.

Saw other negative reviews. Ordered a TV from aafes. Great communication and my order arrived on time, on schedule with zero damage.

Awesome job they did in delivering my package and not only that, but delivered it at a early time than I requested which was great! Furthermore, I don't know the Hispanic guys that delivered it into my house but they were awesome as well! Great Job Fragilepak!

I’ve seen so many bad reviews about the deliveries so I wanted to tell you about my great delivery service I had today. Joe’s Delivery Service brought my perogola, that weighed 732 lbs, all the way up my 80 foot driveway. They were nice as could be and were on time. I couldn’t be happier!

Fragilepak had delivered a large flat screen tv I ordered. Once the seller identified that the package was being shipped, the Fragilepak website listed my order. It took seven days from when they picked up the item until it arrived at my house. Their website provided updates. The process to select a delivery date was simple, and most important, they delivered on the date selected. Based on my experience they deserved the five star rating I gave.

This is one of the best deliveries we've ever had. The item was a huge wine cooler that was very difficult to unload, put in position, and uncrate. Fragilepak did an excellent job, being careful not to mar anything.

After reading reviews I was concerned when I learned this company was used to ship my recliner. The chair arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. The last mile delivery service (island deliveries) was also professional and had great communication.

TV shipped on December 6 and arrived Dec 23. I received several emails on the status and delivery, however detailed tracking was not available. This wasn't much of a hassle since l received early upon TV pickup a delivery time frame estimate. It's a freight shipping so don't expect lightning speed but the guys were very reliable and the box arrived in a pristine condition, not even a little scratch on it.
