Had a issue with order bottle leaked finally got a response via email. They asked question i replied they did not reply til next day I sent pics in with original issue email. So they requested pics n video of damage and video of me shaking a painted bottle so they could estimate how much liquid was lost 😆 so replied with i sent pics on first email and sent pics again and a video as asked nothing so next day had to email them again asking if they got them and was that all they needed nothing until next day they apologized that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and they could give me like 10$ store credit or i could return for refund i replied i just want the fragrance not refund nothing until next day they said that was my only options I told them I would send it back in exchange for the exact same cologne nothing until next day for them to tell me they dont do exchanges so next day they sent return label I returned a week ago and still nothing there customer service is straight shitzles I replied to every email instantly they wont reply until next day if your lucky guess that's how busy they are with unsatisfied customer i placed another order first of this month was tracked to be delivered on 11th but still dont have it left voicemail thursday absolutely nothing tracking is showing suppose to be here today now 🤣😅 but yall can take it for what it's worth can tell ya im 100% done with this place
