Perfume was genuine and in perfect condition...i ordered a display sample, bottle was full and in perfect condition...love it ...

They take forever to prepare the orders and late shipment. Other sellers ship their orders same day. This is the last time I order from them. Some of this sellers items not original is copied.

I have over 300 bottles of perfume. I have never had such atrocious service in my life. I've had to dispute my purchase online because this company is terrible with communication and are holding my refund hostage. I bought a perfume as a gift and was marked as (DC) on their website, with no mention of what it means. I look at their disclaimers and it states their items are sealed and genuine. They even have a 20% restocking fee if opened (which is normal but only for NEW SEALED PERFUMES). I purchase it, give the gift, and to my horror the recipient opens it and finds the bottom of the bottle's batch number scratched out. I asked for a refund and they have the audacity to ask for a restocking fee of an item that is not new. I had to follow up with them no less than six times for their RESPONSE to even get that response approximately 16 days later. I absolutely would not recommend this service or company.

I received a fake item , or it look fake if I scan the QR code Orientica royal amber from my order Flex94684 Jul 15
