Fast Shipping

I just think it took way to long to ship. It sits forever in the warehouse. After a order is made. Nothing should take take that long. It felt like they took money then sat on my order.

Price was lovely and the fragrance has good reviews, it was a blind buy and it was worth it. It smells great. Packaging was excellent. No damage to the contents inside the shipping box. Overall happy with my purchases from Fragflex.

I bought spicebomb EBT. The price was good. The shipping time was OK, but it could've been quicker in my opinion. The Spicebomb cologne box was smashed when I opened it. Some of the fragrance obviously leaked inside the box, but the most frustrating part was the cap. It was not on the bottle, it was loose in the box. The cap was shaped, so I had to reshape it the best I could so it would fit on the bottle. This was the first time I used fragflex. It's not a very good first impression. It makes me question if I should purchase any more fragrances from this site. I may give it another chance because the prices are competitive. I usually order from Jomashop and aura fragrance and I have never had this problem.
