Great service, great authentic fragrance!

This was genuinely one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a Tom Ford Oud Wood from Fragflex and the bottle I received was absolutely fake, the atomizer looked wrong and metallic, the cap and overall presentation were off, the performance was terrible, and nothing about it matched a legitimate bottle. I posted it on Legit Check and another authentication service and both came back saying it was fake. Instead of Fragflex just taking responsibility and making it right, they made the whole situation a complete pain. I paid around $300 for the order and when I first tried to return it they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee plus an $11 return label, which is already ridiculous when the reason for the return is that the product is fake. I ended up filing a chargeback and had to send in pictures, screenshots, authentication results, emails, and a ridiculous amount of documentation just to try to get my money back. Then my bank wanted proof directly from Tom Ford even though Tom Ford told me they don’t authenticate fragrances, so the whole thing became a mess. After all of that, I still sent the fragrance back to Fragflex, and now they are refusing to refund me because they claim there is still an open chargeback on the order, even though the chargeback was already closed. So now they have the fragrance back and I still don’t have my money. That is the part that really pisses me off. I returned the product, the dispute is closed, and somehow I’m still being told to wait instead of just getting refunded. I’ve wasted an insane amount of time going back and forth over something that should have been simple from the beginning. I paid hundreds of dollars expecting a real fragrance, got a fake one, sent it back, and I’m still fighting to get my own money returned. I would never buy from Fragflex again.
