This is just a general overall review. I've been shopping with this company for 3-4 years now and for the most part they've been a good company. They sell legit fragrances, and for the most part have good customer service. So why 3 stars and not 5? A few reasons why their rating has gone down, which I will list. Originally they were one company (Fragrancebuy), now they are two sister companies. So what's the issue? Fragrancebuy was pound for pound much cheaper. I noticed when I was forced to buy from Fragflex (I live in US), the price increased by around 15% (average). So where it use to be easily one of the least expensive discounters, now it's average to slightly more expensive than common discounters. To be fair, they offset this with a loyalty program which allows you (depending on your tier) to get certain discounts. I'm top tier and even at that basically all I can get a 10% using accrued points ($10 off, and $50 off are available too but more on that later). Now that might sound great, but many influencer codes in other websites give you 5-10% without having to accrue points (which get used up). Now that goes into my next complaint: influencer discount codes. Whereas before you could use influencer codes to get discount (not stackable with tier discounts), they recently made it to be a one time use function. In other words you can only use it once. Add to that the fact that tier discounts have been steadily lessening (from it's height of fragrancebuy) through the use of "use it or lose it" basically within a year, which makes stackable coupons (easily the best discount at $50 off per 5000 points) less likely to pull off unless you are spending thousands of dollars in a year. What was once the cream of the crop when it came to discounters is now average unfortunately. I put them as average because even though their prices are sometimes higher than the average discounter, they do provide good service, and have a large selection. TLDR; 1) Higher prices than before 2) Shipping time could be better (average 2 weeks) 3) Caveats on influencer discount codes (one time use only) 4) Less value loyalty tier 5) Annoying automatic "insurance" on shipping that you have to manually click off every single time. 6) Ridiculously priced decants (30- 60 bucks for 10ml? Yeah I'll stick to decant websites) There are a few other things I didn't mention (like not getting points after leaving fragrance reviews at times) but I don't want to nitpick. That being said they are still a solid company, and I've probably spent around 10-15k on fragrances on this website in the past 3-4 years, especially in the beginning when they were fragrancebuy. I've slowed down a lot this year because I saw the direction they took, and have been using other fragrance discounters. At this point the best I can rate them is "average" but in all honestly aside from some hard to get fragrances, there are better options out there. PS: I put today's date as date of experience because this wasn't an "issue" just a general review.
