As of right now, shop anywhere else.
I used to shop on FragranceBuy.ca but now can’t because I live in the U.S. I am the highest tier on the site and have spent a ton of money with FragranceBuy. After the shift to FragFlex, things have been a lot worse. The rewards are worse and more costly. If you are the highest tier (x3 points per dollar spent), you’d have to spend $1,666 just to get a $50 off code. The prices on FragFlex are so much higher when compared with other sites that offer shipping to the U.S. For many popular fragrances, you will have to pay up to 25% more if you shop through FragFlex. I am not one to post reviews but they really ruined their company with this shift. Had I known this type of thing would happen, I would’ve never spent that much with FragranceBuy just to have them shift to FragFlex and offer horrible pricing and service. Shipping times are also ridiculous here, you'lI sometimes wait 2-4 days just for your order to be confirmed and be sent a tracking number. From then, roughly another week until your order arrives. I am not going to be shopping on this site anymore unless I see an improvement and I would recommend anyone reading this to find their fragrances elsewhere as they’d probably be cheaper and ship quicker.
