Real product, customer service responded to my concern and shipping was very fast.

I have bought from Fragbuy CA many times in the past and always had the best of experiences, I am quite shocked to now buy from Fragflex for the first time and encounter such a situation and response from their customer service... I submitted my order, got a confirmation email from Fragflex where you could definitely tell they had all the correct information on file, business as usual... days later I get a notification my order was delivered, but it wasn't... I see FedEx delivered my package at a completely different zip code address and show the picture of who knows whose house as proof of delivery... so I reach out to FragFlex and they tell me "unfortunately FedEx delivered to the address on the label, and since I am delivering to a warehouse there's nothing they can do"... the delivery address FedEx had was COMPLETELY different from what I provided, butchered with pieces of what I provided, different zipcode, someone's house, not the warehouse I received 10 packages at without an issue in the past few days!!! This is not a case of an order being delivered at a warehouse and then getting lost... the package DID NOT even make it to the correct address in the first place, someone at Fragflex changed and butchered the address I submitted. They confirmed having it correctly in their system on their order confirmation email when I placed the order, how and why did it change? and why would I be responsible for their mistake as to not being able to help me? I am currently waiting for their response on my refund request, very willing to change my review to positive if they behave professionally as FragBuy CA always had, mistakes happen and I hope they can see this was on them and fix this for me. Edit: They have responded to my email and said they have contacted FedEx to retrieve my package and send it to the correct address or will refund if unable to, will wait for the issue to resolve before changing my score, but feel more at ease that they finally see their mistake and are willing to assist me. Second edit: They recognized this was their mistake and refunded my purchase today, December 16th 2025. Although I still don't understand how or why they changed my address to a butchered one, and it's taken a while to resolve this, I do appreciate they offered a solution in the end. Changing my score from 1 to 3 stars since this is still a terrible experience for a first order, but they were kind enough to assist me.

Order #38268 I have been attempting to reach you by opening a ticket, sending emails to no avail. My package was damaged in Buffalo NY 5 hrs from house and never arrived . Was ordered on the 11/13/25 supposed to be here 11/30/25 its now 12/4/25 and Im just in limbo and really upset. The communication is terrible. If you just look up my order and see the tracking, you will know what happened. I feel you should Overnight this item ASAP. Fed ex destroyed my package !
