Great scent. Shipping got delayed and was a little expensive

The customer service was fantastic and I was able to get a discontinued scent at a great price, do recommend!

Amazing Company I’ve been collecting fragrances for a while and have purchased from many different stores over the years, but this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had been searching for a very hard-to-find fragrance, Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Noir Ambre. While watching a YouTube video, I heard it might be available on FragFlex, but unfortunately, it was already sold out by the time I checked. I then found that FragranceBuy (their Canadian store) had one bottle left. I rushed to purchase it, but the order wouldn’t go through because I live in the United States. I decided to email their team, honestly not expecting much. I even offered to pay extra for shipping or any workaround they could suggest. To my surprise, I received a response in less than an hour. Not only did they reply quickly, but they actually went out of their way to help. They coordinated with their inventory team and moved that last remaining bottle over to FragFlex so I could purchase it from the U.S. I immediately went to the site, saw it available, and bought it right away (along with a couple of other fragrances). This level of customer care is extremely rare nowadays. Most companies would have simply apologized and left it at that—but they went above and beyond to make it happen. Huge thank you to the team for making this possible. It’s great to know there are still companies out there that truly care about their customers. Highly recommended! This was the email I received, Hi Santiago, Thank you so much for your kind words and for being such a loyal member of the FragFlex family! I have some exciting news for you—I spoke with our inventory team, and we have successfully moved that last remaining bottle of Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Noir Ambre over to FragFlex just for you! It is available for purchase right now, but please hurry! Since there is only one piece left and this is a major fan-favorite scent, we expect it to go very quickly. If it sells out before you can grab it, we unfortunately won't be able to do anything about it. Head over to the site now and grab it while you can! We look forward to getting this long-awaited fragrance sent out to you. Have a wonderful day! Best regards, Just amazing thank you again FragFlex and Fragnacebuy
