The pickup was almost two weeks late. Which cost me 250 bucks in storage fees. Which made the quote that i got not even close , it cost $200.00 more than i was quoted. I would not want to ever use Gloobal Transport again. I have always had good luck with FR8star, but not with this bunch!

We requested a quote to drive a vehicle from Pennsylvania to Port Elizabeth in New Jersey, Monday March 20, the company that quoted closest to our budget was DAPA LOGISTIC, accepting that the vehicle was driven, and in the time that we had indicated in our request which was Wednesday the 22nd. We did not have physical persons in NY where the truck had to be delivered, so it was difficult for us, and they did not have people who could receive the money by transfer . Picked wrong company. Still haven't got my delivery after more than 3 weeks. But I am top priority LOL

Pick up a week late. Poor to no communication from DAPA freight. Driver did not know how much I was being charged. I probably over paid. If I did not help driver unload, he would never have gotten my freight off his trailer. Still have not been able to reach Oscar at DAPA. After talking and getting set up with Fr8 Star. Everything went down hill from then. I thought I was being scammed. I will never use DAPA AGAIN. AND I’m hestitant to use Fr8 Star either.

We’ve waited over two and a half weeks and they still have not picked up the machine we want shipped. We get false promises everyday and nobody shows up to pick it up. Not impressed at all.

They did not deliver all 30 pallets. We had to rent a trailer and pick up the final 2 pallets. Their driver blamed it on the action yard and the auction yard blamed it on the driver. I do not care who was at fault, ultimately I hired you and them to deliver 30 pallets and received 28. I asked for a credit ad they refused. Very poor customer service.
