I contacted FR8star because I was bidding on a tractor at Auctiontime.com and wanted to have the delivery lined up as quickly and cleanly as possible. I won the bidding and set in motion the p/u delivery for the next day after payment was confirmed. The assigned broker thru FR8star agreed to full payment upon confirmed p/u thru credit card transaction thru a secure site on line ( I did not do phone pay or PayPal as they wanted). Was assured that p/u would be 3-6 days and delivery 1-3 days later. Many more conversations later with BOTH parties and nine days, the dispatcher for the p/u broker calls and says that on the way to p/u at 3 pm the Friday before a holiday weekend, the driver's transmission blewout. I cancelled the P/U under threat that I will be liable for the cancellation. The Monday following this the mgr. for the transport broker was sending me a contract for P/U allowing another 3-6 days for P/U. I refused the offer. Wednesday morning I contacted a local dispatch agent and had my tractor unloading at my location by Thursday afternoon. Forget these guys, local haulers have more contacts and are more responsive.

Never again. Fr8star has cost me money for the last time. They are intentionally inaccurate and misleading. They do not stand behind any of their own information or take responsibility to screen any of the brokers they use. Do not be fooled. They are a broker to the broker and have very little knowledge over what is being transported.

No issues with FR8Star...just the carrier. The contact person (Julio) would lie...not return phone calls...would say "let me check...I will call you right back"...but wouldn't call back. DO NOT USE AMPERSAND TRANSPORT!!! Pay a little more and get someone reliable and professional.

David was a total scam. It was a total nightmare trying to get the Jeep picked up and delivered. When the driver finally did deliver the Jeep, he would not unload it until we paid him for the vehicle. He had an invoice for the Jeep. I had wired the money to the auction house on Thursday, he delivered it to us on Tuesday. David told him not to unload it until we paid for the Jeep. I had to show the driver the proof that we had wired the payment PRIOR to him picking it up. There is no way an auction would allow an item to be picked Dynasty Global is a scam artist. Do not use him.

First off it’s strange for y’all to hand your bid off to another dispatcher. Then this other dispatcher lied to me .he told me that my tractor was picked up on Thursday may 25 . Witch it did not get picked untill the Tuesday may 30. The driver. Was the worst thing of this whole deal. When he picked up the tractor on Tuesday may 23 he re-negotiated saying he would not haul it for less that $2,800.00 cause it had an attachment. Then I told him that his contract said it was 17’ long 7’ wide 8.8’ tall and 14,000 pounds.and that He agreed to pick it up knowing this information. ( And when he picked it up on a 10,000 pound trailer I knew he was gonna have issues getting it back to Oklahoma. ) Witch took 5 days to get here . he arrived Saturday june 3 So every one I talk to about this issue. I tell them not to ever use Fr8star.

Lousy broker. Shipper couldnt speak english...drove all over my lawn...tore up my driveway...sent pics to Nina Marie...she was MIA as soon as there was a problem. Not happy....

Continually charged for site fees even with customers cancellations. 1st Load from representative Sam, this customer has charged back twice which keeps getting taken out of my account. This is over $1700 that I have had to pay for something that didn't move, FR8star kept funds and customer took deposit back. Paying these site fees of at least 20% on each load, and then customer is able to fraudulently request a refund based on not receiving goods. This site does not help to you recover funds and pretty much washes their hands of your loss. 2nd Customer has charged back based on their cancellation which had nothing to do with my abilities to move the freight. Customer cancels day one, Joe knew customer was cancelling and tells my boss that customer is going to cancel, he tries to avoid the cancel and Joe never refunds my boss the site fees, this cost me over $1500. At this time, I still have not been refunded for either charge. I am a single mother and cannot afford to take these financial hits. This site absolutely does NOTHING to help. They up their site fees and will not assist with getting a refunds or site fees back. My boss has continually asked for help from Russ, Sam and Joe, to no avail. We are customers also!

The only GOOD thing was the trucking company that actually delivered the dozer.
