I am impressed with the product and service.

I have made two purchases for a pen and ink and later, for extra nibs, more inks, and pen cleaning supplies. The orders arrived promptly and the items were well worth the money. The flexible nib was amazing and the extra nibs change the pen’s personality with little extra cost.

Fast shipping and a great pen! I spent the extra $14 for the ultra flex nib and it writes beautifully.

Slightly disappointed. The less expensive pen was only $8, but even still, it had a couple of issues. First, there was a terrible smell. It went beyond mildew … it basically made the pen unusable. And then the chrome was peeling off the clip, which wouldn’t necessarily bother me except that it was actually sharp. Not really pleasant. The Ambassador is a great design, meanwhile. There are a few quality control issues with it, but overall happy. But the cheaper pen was a disappointment — looks great but ended up being basically unusable. UPDATE: FPR immediately reached out to me and offered fixes. Great customer service.
