The quality of pen is what I remember from years past. I used many a fountain pen growing up.

I ordered to use some shop cash, and i was stunned at how quickly my pen arrived! Like 2 maybe 3 days, for real. That was awesome.

I feel like I am treated well with this company. I reached out via email about one of their products I got on Amazon. They responded in a Sunday about an ink I didn’t even get from them, in a pen of theirs that really didn’t like the ink! They stood behind their product and gave me tips to increase ink flow. I bought some nibs and feed. Received my order 3 days later. Packaged nicely but not wasteful in materials. I feel like their price reflects what you get. No paying for the fluff that other companies add in. I got a free pen, and although I don’t have a real need for the type of pen that the Muft pen is, I inked it up and heat set it. To my surprise it is working just great. I can’t complain. Although the pens from them, I really don’t see myself buying, as I have a collection already, I DO see buying a lot of nibs. I really enjoy the standard flex #6 nibs and the ambassador I already own has the #5.5 Ef ultra flex. I use it daily. Thanks for a straight forward business model. I also like your blunt responses to reviews in your site. The customer isn’t always right, and the company should absolutely point out when they communicated the resolution to the issue, then the customer still posts a review as if the company isn’t helpful. Keep doing what you do. You are doing it well. I’ll continue to order more and more.

FPR goes above and beyond for its customers. I have made 4 purchases through them and would not hesitate to drop $100s, KNOWING I will get good quality, and professional service. And holy hell does this man know how to make an inexpensive amazing steel flex, but if you want the REAL flex experience, go for his 14K ultra-flex nib. AMAZING....

Excellent Service In a Pinch I have bought a variety of pens, ink, and other supplies from FPR in the past and always been pleased. This time, I ordered two bottles of ink and was dismayed to see that they had broken in shipping. The FPR folks responded quickly to the incident and replaced the lost bottles promptly - with packaging that showed they paid attention to what had gone wrong the first time. This is a quality business that cares about its customers.
