Both pens I received were beautiful. The only problem was one is a rollerball pen that uses fountain pen ink. There are no instructions on how to fill the rollerball pen with a fountain pen ink. It has a piston converter but it’s unclear how the ink gets into the converter.

The order process was smooth and I received my fountain pen in a timely manner. My only disappointment was that the pen was not protected by a case nor did it come with an ink cartridge or two like other pens that I have purchased from other companies. I am enjoying my first experience with an ultra flex nib. The ink does not always flow smoothly but right now I am attributing that to user error.

The price was great, the shipment on time, and the pen looks great (but I haven’t inked it yet). The only thing for which I’m docking a point is that the plastic clip holder in the display box is broken, so the pen was loose in the box. It couldn’t have happened in transit (based on how the box was packed), so it must have happened at the warehouse.

I love this pen! I thought it'd be heaver, but it's extremely lightweight. Ink flows very well, though I'd a problem initially with it leaking- I think the ink converter barrel wasn't screwed in super tight. Love the color, love the custom engraving; I just wish it'd a bit more weight to it. Overall a great pen at a great price!
