i called your company no answered or called me back i stated the pen i received had a black plug in and i was not able to take it out to put in a ink refill.

Hi Kahleen, I apologize that we missed your call! The pen you ordered is eyedropper filled. Thus, it does not accept cartridges. The black thing you are seeing is the back of the ebonite feed.

I regret that you are in happy with the product. As already offered, I'm happy to accept a return for store credit. We do not offer refunds for inked pens. The acrylic this pen is made of is light weight but certainly not cheap.

’m sorry to say we don’t exchange inked pens unless there is some defect. Our #5.5 size nibs will fit though if you would like to buy a different nib to swap it out.

These are the worst fountain pens I’ve ever used, or tried to use. I have used some very inexpensive pens, and while these weren’t the least expensive pens I’ve ever bought, they were of the worst quality. Until I tried these pens, I had never dreamed of throwing away a fountain pen. I can now say I’ve thrown away four. So far. Additionally, they have a smell to them. I wiped the outsides, yet they still smell.

Hi Carolyn, I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with them. The Indore pens you bought are our least expensive pens, especially considering the buy one get one free offer. I'd be happy to accept a return toward something that might suit you better. Indian-made resin does tend to have a slight scent to it so perhaps one of our acrylic or ebonite models might suit you better. All the best, Kevin
