Pens are a bargain when compared to competitors; ultra-flex nibs are particularly nice

I own every pen in FPR's current collection. All have performed flawlessly. Orders usually ship within two days of purchase and arrive securely packaged. Some of these pens write as well as my more expensive German and Japanese pens. I highly recommend!

I asked if the pen could get sent out soon and it got sent out the day I put the order in . This made a big difference to me . What I did not tell you is that I am at home under hospas care and time is very important to me .

A substantial sale gave me the opportunity to try two models of Ranga ebonite pens w/ bock nibs. I am loving them! Order fulfillment and shipping were exceptionally fast, and the pens arrived in short order and good shape. Will definitely remain a customer.

The service I received was courteous and fast. I sent a email before ordering with a question and was answered the following day. Thank you.

Great variety, quick response to questions and quality products

I looked at a lot of companies selling fountain pens - and there are a lot. You can’t find a store any more so you have to find a company you can trust. I liked the story of this company. So I gave them a try. And I’m happy I did. The products are good and are reasonably priced. Shipping is fast and tracked. And I feel like I’m dealing with a person. I guess because I am!

Fast, accurate service! And the one time there was a mistake (out of probably over 15 multi-item orders), it was resolved with ONE short Email! NO arguing back & forth, as with some OTHER sellers who make a mistake. So, ordering from FPR is always stress free.
