Not great description of products, items arrives different colors and styles than ordered.

I did not receive the correct size skates.

The skates I ordered were too large for me, and initiating a return was inconvenient. I had to email the help line and wait 1-2 days for a response. I was expected to pay for return shipping. Most companies will provide a prepaid return label.

I never received my package. Tried to talk to the shipping and the seller and no one could help me. They said the shipping posted a picture of it delivered. But never let me see the photo. I’ve been waiting on a response and never got one

::::Update:::: After writing this review and filling a charge dispute with my card company I finally received an email that my skates had shipped. Ten days after purchasing my skates they finally showed up. While the company did issue me a twenty dollar refund for the delay (and thankfully I purchased them at sale price) I still don't see myself ordering from this company again. Between the lack of customer service, the delay and the not-so-great construction/quality of the skates (and laces) it all just left a bad impression. I wish I had seen all the reviews on this site before I ordered from them. At least I had some skates show up unlike many reviewers, I guess. We'll see how long they last. I ordered a pair of skates five days ago and the order was confirmed and my credit card charged the next day. Not once has my order been updated. I commented on their Instagram account about this and they responded right away saying they were "moving warehouses" and that my order was delayed. They told me to email the help account and let them know I reached out on IG and that my skates would be shipped that day. My skates still have not been shipped, my order has not been updated, my 2 emails to customer service have gone unanswered and my request to cancel the order/issue a refund has not been responded to. Looks like I'll be reporting this to the BBB and disputing this charge on my card. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I didn’t receive what I ordered. I was sent a totally different pair of skates. I sent an email and have not yet gotten a reply.

I ordered and paid for two pair of foxyskates. The first pair was ordered 3/16/2023 (no.116960). 2nd pair on 3/21/2023, (117170) first order arrived to my apartment mailbox by USPS not to my front door. USPS left a note stating package was undeliverable. Sent back to postal service. I’m handicapped and does not drive so I requested that the postal service return to sender. They returned package. Second pair of skates arrived to my apartment mailbox and a note was also left stating package was unable to be delivered. I made another written request asking that the package be returned to sender. USPS supervisor assured me that the package was returned and gave me a confirmation number. I emailed foxyskates several times in the last two months inquiring about my return of $149.99. The foxyskates in formed me that they had not received it. I gave a review on TrustPilot about my poor service. I received an email from foxyskates saying it was my fault because I should have requested a return label. I asked what for that I never received my packages. After writing a poor review, foxyskates emailed me saying that they would refund half my money if I took down my review on Trust Pilot. I said no deal and requested my refund. Buyers Beware. This company will rip you off and your money will not be returned. I’m so angry. Those skates were for my granddaughters. Now my emails go unanswered. Don’t trust foxyskates. You might get your skates or you might not. I didn’t.

I ordered my skates and they never arrived. I also reached out to the company and received no reply. Sad because they were cute but will not be purchasing from the company again.
