Delayed arrival!

Order was not full. Still waiting fir other half of my order

When you buy something like skates it is not a must have it is a want to have....which typically means you are "excited" about your purchase... so recognize that if you buy the items you purchase may not ship the same day or even next day from the date you order...it most likely won't even ship the day they print the label...when you get that email from them "label printed".... so don't get too excited waiting.

I dislike the fact that I didn't receive the free key chain. Otherwise I've received my skates but they had minor scratches on it. I think that the Foxy should let the customers know that the skates has imperfections such as scratches on them.

The skates came dirty. They had a scuff mark on one side of the boot and on the toe. The shoe lace had something hard and sticky on it. I felt like maybe someone else had used them. Only one skate came in a plastic bag and it was hanging half way out of the bag. I would like to add a pic. I am so bummed because I really like the skates.

Skates are adorable and nice to skate on. My original order arrived in a super beat up box, marks on one skate, and the skates were both right feet and 2 different sizes. Emailed customer service a couple times and they sent me new skates and told me no need to return the others. New skates are the right size, though different styling and wheels than the original wrong pair. Arrived in a very nice box, totally different box style than original. Like the original wheels better but at least I have them for replacements when I need them. Skates are a 5, experience was a 2.
