I ordered a pair of skates which was in stock and is still available to purchase online even though I was told they were out of stock. I was okay with it and chose a different style of skates. They end up sending me the wrong skates so I promptly returned them, I was told the correct ones would be shipped with the return was in process. I have not received any skates. One week has gone by, I haven't heard from anyone from the company. The people/persons I have talked to were nice and I was sent a free tool/keychain with the wrong pair of skates that I have returned. However I cannot use the tool if I don't have the skates..

I received the wrong skates.

I ordered these skates in February the site CLEARLY had my size (9). I placed the order & paid. Expecting them in 3-5 Business days as informed. I recently reached out because it had been 15 days. I get a response claiming they sent an email saying my size was sold out? Never got that email. Please check your inventory FIRST. Now it shows my size is sold out but at the time of purchase hardly any sizes were sold out. I don't understand this very disappointed. Not sure if I will purchase from here in the future since your online information may not be correct.

The sizing is not true. They run big. And the return policy is awful.

The skates that I ordered were not in stock so j missed out on a really good deal. The customer service was friendly but I wasn’t offered any kind of rain check to possibly purchase in the future if the skates are restocked.

Return policy sucks. We have to pay to return it ???? Won’t buy from them again.

I personally didn't like the boot it looks like a space boot u get what u pay for

Beautiful skates, but the insole was missing from my left skate and the shoe lace to my right skate was damaged. I notified customer service about the insole without noticing the shoelace issue. They messaged back super fast and said they would send a replacement out ASAP. I still haven’t received it and thats pretty upsetting. The shoe lace I replaced on my own. Will not be buying from them again.
