Shipping issues.

when i went to my house to pick it up the package wasn’t there.

I never got the five dollars back from the last survey and this time it took way too long for the skates to come communication was not that great so I refuse to do another survey for a five dollar rebate and don’t receive it

Very disappointed that I paid for my order + it went through, then I was given a tracking # only to then get an email you were suddenly out of stock for my size. Only style I was interested in sadly and didn't want to miss the sale.

Bought skates and said they were shipping only to later say they were sold out.

The skates suck

I bought a pair of skates in february & there is a wheel thats already broken! Theres a metal piece dangling inside of the wheel & they're practically new.

Skates run small, no return shipping labels provided. Haven’t had an opportunity to make it to the shipping store because I work during the day. I’m probably stuck with them at this point. No happy
