Twice I have received an incorrect product. I ordered a size 5 and received a size 10! So after sending that one back I received a size 6. I have yet to hear back from Foxyskates about correcting my order so I have opened a Paypal dispute. I'm disappointed because they are really cute skates.

Poor quality skates. Skates I received (ordered two pairs) had black marks, scuffs, and numerous imperfections on them. Trucks of skates were not aligned on the boot. Would not recommended especially since they filter out negative reviews on their social media.

If I could give 0 stars it would still be too many. I never received my skates. I reached out to the company about changing sizes and was lied to about the skates being shipped. Every communication I sent after that was ignored! I had to file a dispute through my bank in order to get refunded. The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT order with this company or waste your time or money. I ordered with Angel Skates and got my order in less that a week for cheaper.

Do not offer free returns nor exchanges.

Beware of return policy if skates don’t fit. They have no clear return guidance on their website other than 60 day return of unused skates. What they don’t tell you is you have to write to them to ask for a return and wait days for their reply. Then they charge you restocking fee and the $25 prepaid FedEx label. If you want this product, buy them from Amazon where you can return them. Never again. Will never recommend foxyskates. Very sketchy business practices.

The skates look nice but are not true to size Very large Shipping was very disappointing, they arrived a week after the date they were supposed to arrive so my didn't get her birthday gift. Very upsetting all the way around. I plan to return them

YOU ALL SENT THE ***WRONG SKATES***. I ORDERED GLITTER PINK AND GOT ALL BLACK SKATES. UNBELIEVABLE! MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FOR A SKATE COMPETITION AND NOW I DON'T HAVE THE SKATES I WANTED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THE SKATES I ORDERED!

I was honestly so excited to try the skates. I had a coworker who had such a great experience with them and I immediately purchased a pair. I ordered a size 7 USA and received one skate sized 7 USA and one sized 8 USA. I returned the skates and requested a size 6 USA and received two size 9 USA. It took countless emails and messages to received communication, confirmation, or response to the entire experience. Thank you for allowing me to return the skates again but please do remember to return payment. I am just so sorry that this was my experience with this company and product when others spoke so highly of it.
