I placed an order beginning of March, recieved notification that the skates would be delivered by a specific date. Then received an email the day before telling me the email was sent by error, and that my size wasn't available. Told me to click the link and pick a different pair. So I did, this prompted me to purchase the skates. So assuming I should, I did. I emailed back to confirm that my first order would be refunded. The response was rude, and said they didnt tell me to place another order. However my money will be refunded. Upon approaching the delivery of the next pair. It is supposed to be here today, but UPS hasn't received the package yet. This is going on almost 3 weeks now I should have ordered from a different company. I have yet to see the refund, and have yet to receive a response to my 2nd purchase regarding shipment and/or cancelation and refund.

My purchase had a label created and never got picked up or delivered according to ups database. I can attest that it was not delivered and no resolution has been attempted by foxy skates in over an entire month. Seriously who actually wants to get ripped off when they pay for anything and get absolutely nothing? Not me for sure…..

Ordered 2/1 Didn't receive until 2/14 after calling, then emailing

I have not gotten to even try my skates yet. I ordered them January 30th with standard shipping and I still have not received them, which is way over 3-5 business days. I have not received communication as to why my skates haven’t arrived either, but they’re able to send me a link to review. Once I get my skates, they better be the best skates every because it is ridiculous how long I’ve waited. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered my skates three weeks ago and they still don't arrive. I have written through mail and called Ups and no one has given me an answer. I don't know how much longer I've to wait

I ordered a pair of skates before Christmas and I was sure I ordered the right size but the wrong size came in so I reordered. This time the right size came in but was sent the wrong color. Checked the order and clearly an error from the company. Really wanted these skates for my wife but it never happened. Sent back both pair and currently waiting for my refund.

Skates were the only thing that was as described. It took me a month to get these skates. Even though they was supposed to be delivered by Christmas at latest a day after. I got these skates some time in Jan. The box was beat to hell with holes in it and the plastic bag carrying them. I will NEVER use these people again. The U.S. Postal Service is a joke and should be shut down. Running a monopoly and they can't even deliver what they should.

I’ve deleted my previous post due to my ongoing bad experience with the customer service of this company. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve exerted too much just to try and get a response. I would NOT recommend this company solely on the level of customer service. The first order was on me for ordering the wrong size. On my second replacement order you have to pay for shipping. Guess what? They sent the wrong size. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Mel who has been unresponsive. I’ve been going back and forth since Christmas week! To date, I have not heard back… good luck if you order from these guys. Get ready for bad customer service and to be ignored and provided with excuses. Do not recommend. Read the one stars, I’m not the only one (recently).
