I never received my order. I got the shipping confirmation and never got any further then that. I emailed, and sent a message on messenger and 2 days after I was “supposed” to get my skates, I finally get an email saying that the shipping confirmation was sent in error land that it shouldn’t have been sent, the size in the skates I wanted was out of stock. Not a very good experience

I purchased two sets of foxyskates 2 days apart. The initial carrier for both orders was UPS. UPS proceeded to hand off both orders to USPS. I live in a apartment and USPS left a note saying the packages were unabled to be delivered. USPS didn’t attempt to deliver both packages to my front door. I contacted USPS and was told that the packages were not delivered because of possible theft. I requested that both packages be returned to sender. They returned both packages on 3/31/23. Foxyskates.com said they haven’t received any packages and when they contacted UPS, UPS said that the packages had been destroyed, even though USPS said both packages were returned. Now I’m losing $149.99 through no fault of my own.

Worst possible customer service! Sent me the wrong UGLY skates and then refused any type of compensation for my inconvenience. And refused to refund my money until AFTER returned item was received. Even though it took over two weeks for my skates to arrive, in the first place. Not to mention, GROSSLY overpriced! NEVER AGAIN!

Yami, We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced. We do apologize for shipping the wrong item, and we did provide you with the return label to send them back. It is stated in our Policy that a refund can only be issued after the return is received back. We can not issue a refund prior to receiving the returned item.

Dear Delores, We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Upon reviewing the order, we see the package was delivered. The UPS tracking is 1Z442264YW95735856. If the package was stolen from your property, unfortunately that is completely out of our control.

They shipped my daughters skates 3 days late after I ordered them and the skates arrived late and could not be used. They state the skates would be shipped Fedex, but they actually ship via UPS. They also refused to pay for return shipping even though the issue with deliver was their fault. No access to talk to anyone by phone. Terrible customer service, will not order from them again. Or refer them to anyone.
