I still have not received my order! It says out for delivery over 2 weeks ago.

The service was okay, however they sent me a used pair of skates when I paid the price for new skates.

I placed an order on April 21st and as of May 10th my order has not yet shipped. I sent an email a couple of days ago asking about the status of my order and I have not gotten a response. I have not been able to find a phone number that I can call.

I don't like the quality I would like to return them can you tell me how please

I have now had my skates for a few weeks. While the boot part is comfy, great fit with no issues, the rest has been way too much trouble. I have yet to have a good night skating. The base was crooked. The wheels don’t spin. I emailed customer service and got a semi-rude response. I am not experienced with repair or even adjusting skates. I really thought new skates, out of the box, would be good to go. Not so much. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I was told the order shipped and had to reach out to figure out why the tracking information wasn’t updating and it turns out that it never shipped and the size I ordered wasn’t even in stock. Extremely disappointing.

I have been begging someone to get in contact with me about the shipping for my skates and they just stopped replying altogether. I’ve tried everything. I wanted these skates so bad and they never came. I ordered them 2 weeks ago with their “3-5 day fed-ex ground shipping” and I haven’t received my skates. UPS even emailed me telling me when I should be expecting the package and then poof—everything was gone not even 24 hours later. No more tracking info, my package notification was changed to “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” Foxy has stopped responding to me altogether and now I’m out of $80.

First of all, I received the wrong size in the mail. Next, they were out of what I originally ordered. I had to decide on what I wanted to replace my order with. I was told they would be shipped out that night and after several emails asking if they were shipped out, I received an email days later apologizing for the delay and were being shipped. I hope the skates are worth it!!
