Terrible support
Terrible support! Their website is dysfunctional, they change models every couple years and stop supporting the old ones. I bought one of their VAG scanners and support stopped the next year!

do not buy FOXWELL devices !!!
Please avoid this company! The devices are shoddy, break down after a few days and the company demands a fee for their replacement! I bought their device on Aliexpress and I was cheated by them! Very bad customer service - don't buy their products!

No support after buying the product
I bought the NT530 and when arrived, no register details to go online to active the unit and download the software. The unit came blank. I email the company and yet waiting for support. Very disappointed... Update, I got my NT530 registered and software downloaded but the menu is corrupted, I reload all over again and still the same.
