HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Have been a great paying customer ordering 3-4 items monthly for over 12 months now, but because I canceled ONE order and asked for a refund 20 minutes after I ordered a product they now banned me from ordering from them ever again. When I asked for details on their reasoning I was given false information stating I I had been someone “who changed my orders frequently” and now I cannot do business with them any longer. Just a bad customer service team. Lack of professionalism. Just a bunch of bimbos with knock off k beauty products.

I placed an order of nearly $500 with Fox Pharma (foxpharma.us) over a month ago, and they lost my order. I have spent weeks trying to get them to fix the issue — contacting customer service many times, providing order info again and again — and I still don’t have my purchase or a refund. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I paid a lot of money and nothing arrived. Communication has been slow, unhelpful, and sometimes nonexistent. I’m disappointed and feel let down after trying so hard to resolve the problem. I’m sharing this review so others know about my experience before ordering from them. – Order not received – Long delays and lack of resolution – Poor customer support after purchase I hope this helps other potential customers make an informed decision.

Not exactly sure what their problem is but I placed an order FOUR times. FOUR and it keeps getting canceled within a few hours. No explanation other than “Order XXXX was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded.” I used PayPal and tried two different cards to see if that change. On the third order I selected a different product thinking maybe the other one was out of stock. Why am I wasting my time with your company? Could you at least tell the people what the issue is. I know it’s not a payment issue because both cards are credits with PLENTY available. * this is for their US website
