Fount Media turned a wrong into a right.
Had a hiccup in the data we received. Much of it was duplicates/multiple entries. Other portions contained contact data not relevant to our industry. Some contact data led us down a rabbit hole which we were able to identify as a business that closed 2, 3, even 4 yrs ago. However, I brought this up to my contact at Fount Media (John), and he promptly took action to find resolution. We agreed on solution and all is well now. Fount Media made a wrong into a right. **I cannot comment on the value of their lists compared to others, but I can say that the list we received (2600 QTY) was not ideal for our needs, but again, Fount Media acknowledged this and salvaged the situation.
