Had a hiccup in the data we received. Much of it was duplicates/multiple entries. Other portions contained contact data not relevant to our industry. Some contact data led us down a rabbit hole which we were able to identify as a business that closed 2, 3, even 4 yrs ago. However, I brought this up to my contact at Fount Media (John), and he promptly took action to find resolution. We agreed on solution and all is well now. Fount Media made a wrong into a right. **I cannot comment on the value of their lists compared to others, but I can say that the list we received (2600 QTY) was not ideal for our needs, but again, Fount Media acknowledged this and salvaged the situation.

They delivered exactly what was promised, and even after my database was delivered, I had a follow-up request that they handled with great care. They quickly made the adjustments and resolved my issue efficiently and professionally. We are still working with the database so far everything is going ok with the contact information.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff Walker and his team at Fount Media, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. I've utilized their verified marketing lists for four different projects, and each time I've been impressed by the quality and accuracy. The lists are not only well-organized but thoroughly verified, ensuring that we reached the right audience for our campaigns. The attention to detail saved us countless hours and significantly improved our outreach efforts. Jeff's expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. He took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored the lists accordingly. The support from Fount Media has made a noticeable difference in our marketing strategy. If you're looking for high-quality marketing lists that are reliable and effective, look no further than Fount Media. I'll definitely be returning for future projects! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
