Complete fraud
Complete fraud. Charged me twice to upgrade but then said the payment had failed. BUT IT STILL LEFT MY ACCOUNT.

HI Michael- I'm so sorry to see this review. Your Membership renewed, but when it was first attempted, the charge failed. So one of the charges was your renewal. The second charge was the fee you agreed to in order to upgrade. I've emailed you directly as well and am happy to share any additional details you need for your records.

I love FoundersCard
I love FoundersCard! I use it to get some amazing deals for travel mostly but what’s even more impressive is that they add additional benefits for us all the time. I am always happy when using the concierge service because they are quick timely and always listen to my needs. I always recommend them to my friends and fellow business owners.
