We’re sorry to hear this experience left you feeling this way, and we appreciate the opportunity to speak with you by phone and review the charges together. After reviewing your account, we confirmed that the only FoundersCard charges were the $99 rejoin offer and $299 Elite upgrade, both of which have already been refunded. We were unable to find any $699 FoundersCard charge associated with your account. If you do see a $699 transaction with FoundersCard in the description, please send a screenshot or the transaction details to [email protected], and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
