Founderscard has been an excellent…
Founderscard has been an excellent resource since I joined about a year ago. I wondered whether some of the benefits might be duplicated by Amex Platinum or other things I have, but FC Elite has been far more beneficial in so many ways, all over the world. The concierge has also been amazingly quick in responding to my needs.

Got charged…
Got charged after a free trial asked to cancel and refund… no reply despite saying they would reply within 24 hours.. been that now and still no way or response

Hi Dann, I'm so sorry to hear this feedback. We had not received your request to cancel your Membership until after you were already charged, and your email requested was received at 9pm on a Friday evening. We refunded and canceled your account as soon as we got to your email the following day. We're sorry to see you go.

Lots of great benefits
I cautiously joined FoundersCard. I wasn't sure about it. It ended up working well for me. I've been a member for a year and a half now. I've saved thousands on flights with United. I appreciated the immediate upgrade to Hertz President's Circle. I've switched from Enterprise to Hertz because of this. I've used the GoRentals discount many times. $5000 in AWS! That was fantastic. The list goes on. I highly recommend the FoundersCard to other small business owners.

For sophisticated travel plans
For sophisticated travel plans, the Founders Card team is great. We used them for a trip to Argentina and can’t say enough about the Founders Club arrangements.
