Dishonest, fraudulent experience

Fraudulent behaviour and non-existent customer service! I don't know how these people obtained my banking information, but they kept charging my bank account £303 over and over again through different bank names. They seem to be an American rewards club, whereas I live in the United Kingdom and obviously have no use for whatever they're offering. I messaged them three times, ZERO response. ZERO customer care. I've had to call my bank and cancel the card. With their non-response, I've considered reporting them to consumer protection authorities in both the UK and the United States for financial harassment and fraud. UPDATE: This company just contacted me twice and asked me to remove this review. I was accused in corporate-speak of lying, but I wonder if they have categorical, irrefutable evidence supporting that. Otherwise, it's actionable defamation and what UK courts call SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation). UK courts especially frown upon silencing negative reviews. And just now these people have left two written evidentiary trails of it. Instead of profusely apologising, they've resorted to this.
