Best thing I ever did was discover…
Best thing I ever did was discover Founders card. Exemplary service at its finest. From being to end. Top notch customer service care. White glove black tie service is what I call it. I’m 65 an sickly and had to do some traveling and they took care of everything. What a wonderful feeling.

The whole initial experience on the portal was great
The whole initial experience on the portal was great, I signed up just to check it out. I'm in Brazil, which isn't covered by the Club yet, and I'm hoping that happens soon. Other than that, I really liked what I saw and I think you guys will grow fast in the Brazilian market. I don't see anything similar out there, and I know the profile of entrepreneurs here, they'd definitely be into it.

Unless you spend a lot and top tourist locations, it may not be worth it
The first two years, I found some really good deals through the Founders Card and it completely paid for itself. I still get deals now but they are not substantial enough to cover the cost of the membership. 15% off a $700 a night room when I can get a comparable hotel at $300 a night is not really a good deal in the long run. And some promotions are a bit misleading, saying 'up to 30%' is fine but the reality is more like a 5% discount. The website is relatively easy to use once you figure it out and customer service has always been responsive and helpful.

I like Founders Card mainly because I…
I like Founders Card mainly because I get Hilton Honors upgrade. The original reason I got Founders card was that I got Caesars Diamond but they have since taken that away. Because of that I do not support any Caesars properties anymore. So really all that I take advantage of with the Founders card is my Hilton Honors. If there is anything else I could use I would. Thanks.
