Top notch Customer Service!
Brix was super responsive and very helpful, providing me with a nice overview of benefits, including links, and even browser plug-ins. This was important for me because I didn't make use of my benefits during my first year of membership, and I plan to do so this time around!

My personal opinion based on using the service: Insane cost for not much value provided. Service is designed to get you signed up for free and then they charge the hell out of you afterwards, especially if you forget to cacnel.

Great service & Quick Response
I’ve been really happy with the service. Every time I’ve emailed, I’ve gotten a response right away. When I asked to change my companion member, I heard back the very next day that it would be taken care of. Since renewing, I’ve sent three emails and each one was answered immediately. It’s been such a smooth and easy experience, and I really appreciate how responsive everyone has been!

I had a concern about the trial period…
I had a concern about the trial period that I thought I signed up for. The customer service rep was very professional and courteous. He reviewed my file and quickly resolved my concerns.
