Contact with customer service.
This company, Foundersclub is doing well with their phone answering speed and providing staff who are easy to understand and are quick to understand what is being requested. As a senior retired person, I am not in a position to benefit from the services offered, so I was surprised to see the charge on my credit card. The staff member by offering to refund the charge showed the company has integrity and make their revenue by offering a service that is needed. Lincoln G. Harvey

I've been extremely impressed with…
I've been extremely impressed with FoundersCard. Every question I've had has been answered quickly and personally, and the Member Services team has gone above and beyond to help. They even helped expedite my Wynn Rewards Platinum upgrade before an upcoming trip and immediately resolved an issue with my Uber credit. The benefits are excellent, but the level of customer service is what has impressed me most. I've already recommended FoundersCard to friends and would absolutely recommend it to others.
